Liao Rong was born in Chengdu, China. In her childhood, she lived in Beijing but she returned afterwards to Chengdu. She graduated from Southwest University (SWU) in Chongqing. After marriage in 1989 she went to the Netherlands. She lives here now with her family. Her email adres is rong @ zeelandnet.nl. Liao Rong is also active on Wechat.
